UK Business Development / Account Manager – Channel Sales -BioTech – Chinese and English Language Skills Needed – package up to c£100k

• Are you an experienced Business Development Manager with regional channel sales experience in the Tech, BioTech or Medical sectors?

We’re looking for an exceptional international sales professional with excellent language skills to join a fast-growing, international BioTech company expanding across Europe.

Key responsibilities as the UK Business Development / Account Manager will include:

• Formulating and implementing regional market sales and channel development plans and strategies

• Quantifying sales targets

• Assisting the Director to develop, establish and maintain overseas markets

• Researching new clients, developing new relationships and maintaining current business

• Training new team members in market development, client development and sales management

• Collating regional market information

• Participating in foreign trade cooperation negotiations

• Assisting in the establishment and management of international sales networks

• Attending international exhibitions

• Travelling to client meetings as required

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrable success in sales as a Business Development Manager / Account Manager or Channel Sales Manager, ideally in the Tech, BioTech or Medical industries

• Strong Chinese and English language skills

• French, German, Spanish or Italian language skills would be a bonus

• Knowledge of the international market

• Strong academics – a degree in Biology, International Trade, English or Medicine is preferable

• Excellent communication skills

• Solid negotiation and business development skills

• IT literate
