UK Technical Lead – International Energy Scaleup – Remote Working Available – up to £72k

We are recruiting for an international energy scaleup who are looking for an experienced Technical Lead, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar, demonstrable experience in SMETS2 projects and excellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, to join their expanding UK team.

Key responsibilities as the UK Technical Lead will include:

• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team

• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals

• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as required

• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments

• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required

• Being transparent with the team about challenges, successes and failures

• Producing progress reports and delivering presentations to stakeholders
  

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar

• Extensive experience in SMETS2 projects, direct CPA certification experience, SMDA, integration with DCC/adapter is preferred

• Excellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to liaise with and present to stakeholders

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Desire to join a fast-paced, international scaleup
